Chris Webb

Chris Webb is an independent consultant specialising in Analysis Services performance tuning, troubleshooting, design and complex MDX.
He’s also  SQL Server MVP, co-author of the books “MDX Solutions” and "Expert Cube Development with SQL Server Analysis Services 2008" and blogs on BI topics at http://cwebbbi.spaces.live.com/

Nico Jacobs

Dr. Nico Jacobs was a reseacher at the Computer Science department, KULeuven for seven years, where he obtained his PhD in machine learning (data mining). Since 2004, he is trainer and consultant at U2U, where he focuses primarily on SQL Server and the Business Intelligence back-end. 

Henk van der Valk

Henk van der Valk is an IT Workload & Performance Architect and responsible for the European Unisys Enterprise Performance Center located in Amsterdam.
Since 2000 Henk is specialized in optimizing large-scale Microsoft application and database solutions; handling high volume / multi Terabyte solutions. (And here to share the tricks!)
He also participates in the Dutch SQLPass Performance Special Interest group (http://www.sqlpass.nl/).

Dirk Gubbels

Dirk Gubbels is a senior consultant at Microsoft, and has been working with SQL Server since version 4.2.
As one of the few Microsoft Certified Database Architects he has been involved in the most demanding SQL server based applications in Belgium and all over the EMEA region.
His main focus areas are Design, Performance and Availability for both OLTP and Business Intelligence environments.

Gill Cleeren

Gill Cleeren is Microsoft Regional Director, MVP ASP.NET and Silverlight insider. He lives in Belgium where he works as .NET architect at Ordina. Passionate about .NET, he’s always playing with the newest bits. He’s the author of the upcoming book called Silverlight Data Access Cookbook. You can find his blog at www.snowball.be.

Kurt Claeys

Kurt is a .NET Architect and Trainer and an MVP Connected System Developer at Ordina. You can find his blog at www.devitect.net.

Luc Lemaire

Architects build bridges. As a Senior Architect at Ordina he builds bridges between people, teams and technology. During his 20 year career in IT he advised and assisted many large Belgian companies during the introduction and optimization of new technology. Most projects included the design of a new architecture or the validation of an existing architecture. In these projects he addressed a wide area of technologies such as: databases, OS, storage, networks and middleware.

Mario Van Hissenhoven

A certified Microsoft SQL Server Developer / BI Technology Specialist with more than 10 years of experience. His specialties are T- SQL, query tuning and stored procedures.
With extensible knowledge to the .NET framework 2.0, 3.0 and 3.5 during the last 5 years. His interest has always been to be on top of the new Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2, SQLCLR, WPF and Silverlight.

Karel Coenye

Karel Coenye a senior SQL Server Consultant at Kohera, as a technical DBA, has been working with SQL Server since 1999. Experienced in both full development-environments as in production environments with large server with multiple large databases specialized in tuning and monitoring.

Rudi Claes
 
Rudi is a senior architect and also a respected trainer/coach. His background is multiple as he is both knowledgeable in Microsoft and Java technology.  He is used to work with teams of specialism, bringing the best value for the customer and for his team members. 
 
Ignace Van Buggenhout
 
Ignace is a young, dynamic and flexible person with a passion for Business Intelligence. By combining social capabilities with a firm technical background and a strong perseverance he is able to reach the highest goals possible. 3 years experience as BI Consultant have helped him develop a structural and rational approach to successfully complete all projects.

Patrick Tack

Patrick Tack is a BI Architect and BI Competence Manager at Ordina Belgium. Starting as a SQL-Server DBA in 1996 he has since then expanded his field to BI in general, covering multiple ETL, database and reporting tools. The last few years he is also active in DWH modelling, information analysis and DWH proces optimalisation. He is also the founder of the BI/Catalyst, the Ordina ETL design methodology based on best practices.

Pejman Tabassomi

Pejman Tabassomi is a senior consultant for Quest Software based in the French office in Paris. He has been with Quest since 2006 working in Applications and Database Management product areas and has over a decade of experience working with Database and Application management related technologies (OLTP monitors, Applications servers). Pejman’s main areas of interest range from architecture, application modeling and development to optimization and application performance tuning techniques.
